Celebrating Growth and Dedication: Sam Knighton and Abby Hinson Earn the FPQP® Credential

Heather Gudac

At Financial Symmetry, we encourage and celebrate professional growth among our team. We’re thrilled to share that two of our employees, Sam Knighton and Abby Hinson, have earned the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional SM (FPQP®) designation from the College for Financial Planning. This marks a major milestone in their career development and helps strengthen our commitment to delivering exceptional financial guidance to our clients.

What the FPQP® Credential Means

This designation is awarded to professionals who demonstrate a strong foundational understanding of financial planning principles and the ability to support clients with key financial planning activities. It’s a respected industry credential that reflects both their knowledge and commitment to our client-centered services.

To earn this designation, Abby and Sam completed rigorous coursework and successfully passed a comprehensive exam covering areas such as financial planning fundamentals, retirement planning, and tax considerations.

This achievement demonstrates not only their expertise but also their dedication to continuous learning and their drive to help our clients.

Supporting Growth Inside and Out

Professional development is a core part of our culture at Financial Symmetry. We’re proud to support team members in pursuing the credentials and training that enhance their skills and the value they bring to our clients. These investments pay dividends not just for our employees, but for every individual and family we serve.

Please join us in congratulating Sam and Abby on this well-deserved accomplishment!
