Our Internship Program

Internship Overview

Since its launch in 2000, our internship program has grown alongside our firm, creating opportunities for talented undergraduate students to gain meaningful, hands-on experience in the financial industry. Originally focused on students from North Carolina State University, we welcome undergraduate students from across North Carolina and Virginia into our program for summer sessions.

This onsite program offers more than just a glimpse into the world of finance—it provides interns with practical skills, professional development, and a chance to experience the day-to-day dynamics of an office environment. Designed to fit within two semesters or a summer term, the program is part-time and intentionally structured to accommodate academic commitments, ensuring students can balance their studies with valuable work experience. Spring-summer and summer-fall opportunities are sometimes available depending on our hiring projections.

Industry Experience

Over the years, many of our interns have gone on to successful careers in finance or pursued advanced degrees. Beyond being a launching pad for our interns’ futures, the program is also a learning experience for us. The fresh perspectives our interns bring continually inspire innovation, helping us refine our processes and serve our clients more effectively.

We’re proud of the collaborative and supportive environment our internship program fosters—a place where learning, growth, and community come together to create a meaningful experience for everyone involved.
