As our firm continues to grow both in the number of clients we serve and the level of service we provide, the need for dedicated client service management has become a necessity for our team. Financial Symmetry is excited to announce the recent promotion of Angela Keeley-White to Client Service Manager.
Angela’s new role includes oversight of client communications, marketing and social media content and account services for over 475 client households. She works closely with our Advising and Service teams to facilitate the onboarding process of new clients while remaining a constant contact for our existing client relationships.
Angela’s primary responsibilities range from establishing donor advised funds and managing charitable giving to helping our clients through complex estate distributions and inheritances. Her expertise in client service, creativity and design keeps our client service standards uniform across the firm.
Previously, Angela held a senior client service associate position, after joining FSI as an operations specialist in 2013, following an internship with us in 2008.
